At Deka Elektronik, we welcomed the summer season together with our “Welcome Summer” Party at Deka Campus.
The event brought all our teams together to enjoy delicious food, music, and conversations while sharing memorable moments with our colleagues. Stepping away from our daily work routines gave us an enjoyable opportunity to spend time together, strengthen communication across teams, and share the energy of summer.
At Deka, alongside producing together, we also value social life, employee experience, and a strong team culture. We believe that events bringing colleagues from different teams together contribute to internal communication and strengthen a culture of sharing.
Through the events we organize in the social areas of Deka Campus, which brings manufacturing, working, and social spaces together, we continue to create environments where our colleagues can connect, share, and enjoy time together.
