At Deka Elektronik, we had the opportunity to meet with students as part of the Istanbul Arel University Career Day.
Throughout the event, we spoke with students visiting our stand about their career plans and expectations for the future while introducing Deka Elektronik’s areas of activity, our work in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), and the career opportunities we offer.
We shared our experience in the electronics manufacturing industry and our multidisciplinary working environment with young talent, while also providing information about the working culture and development opportunities at Deka. By answering students’ questions about the electronics industry, our areas of activity, and career opportunities, we had the opportunity to better understand their expectations for professional life.
We believe that career days provide valuable opportunities for university students to explore different industries and areas of work while enabling companies to connect directly with future professionals. Listening to students’ career goals and their questions about the electronics industry also made this event a valuable experience for us.
