At Deka, we conducted Business Ethics and Ethical Rules Training to strengthen our ethical workplace culture and raise awareness among our employees about business ethics and ethical principles.

Led by Ezgi Cicek Ergunes, our Human Resources Manager, the training covered Deka’s policies supporting business ethics, the importance of ethical behavior in the workplace, the responsibilities of managers and employees, and various ethical situations that may arise in the workplace.

The training highlighted the importance of acting in accordance with ethical values in business processes, considering ethical principles when making decisions, and maintaining a culture of trust, respect, and transparency in workplace relationships. Practical examples were also shared to help employees evaluate different situations they may encounter in their professional lives from an ethical perspective.

At the end of the training, our new suggestion system, which enables employees to share their feedback, ideas, and recommendations, was also introduced. The new system aims to encourage employees to share their ideas more effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of our workplace.

At Deka, we consider business ethics and compliance with ethical rules to be essential elements of a sustainable corporate culture. We will continue to support the knowledge, awareness, and engagement of our employees through training and development initiatives.
