We inform you that it will be recorded, stored, preserved, reorganized, shared with the Institutions authorized to request this personal data by law, and that it will be transferred to third parties in the country, transferred, classified and processed in other ways listed in the KVKK.

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We request the said data from you for the following reasons;
DEKA Elektronik A.Ş., in order to carry out the processes stipulated in the laws, to create records, to ensure and control quality, information security and privacy policies and standards, to benefit from internet service, to fulfill the obligations regarding occupational health and safety, and to issue work permits. may be required to collect your personal data. Failure to provide this personal data will cause us to act in violation of our obligation to ensure security within the company within the scope of the Labor Law and relevant legislation, and will put you in danger as well.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be processed by the company for the following purposes and legal reasons.
- Registering in the visitor logbook/computer in the information unit
- Ensuring company, visitor and employee safety
With cameras located in building entry-exit points, front and backyard, production area, entry/exit points and security and data processing rooms, in accordance with security procedures (theft, incidents that may arise at the workplace, quarrels, etc. detection, unauthorized entry detection, etc.), camera recordings of employees and/or people visiting the company are taken. Your personal data will be kept for 30 days in accordance with the form and purpose in which it was received, if the period specified in the relevant legislation does not provide for further storage or if the time required for the purpose for which they are processed is not longer. Afterwards, your personal data will be stored for the period specified in the relevant law and as appropriate. All your personal data whose legal period has expired will be processed in accordance with Article 7 of the KVK Law in case of "deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data".
SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES DOMESTICALLY
Provided that your processed personal data is limited to mandatory information;
- With audit firms and information security firms in order to carry out the necessary quality, confidentiality and standard audits,
- With public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal requirements and/or fulfill the demands of official authorities,
- With occupational health and safety companies and health institutions in order to fulfill the obligations of emergency medical interventions and occupational health and safety,
YOUR RIGHTS ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 11 OF KVKK
Within the scope of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data, excluding absolute and relative exceptions arising from the Law and Regulation :
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of the data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear,
- Corrected or deleted at your request
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data,

In the applications, the name-surname and if the application is written, the signature, for the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, T.C. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number / identity number, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address, telephone or fax number for notification, if any, and the subject of the request. In case of missing mandatory points, the application will not be answered and the responsibility belongs to the applicant.
In the application that includes your explanations regarding the right you have as the personal data owner and that you will make and request to use the above-mentioned rights; The subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request is related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and your authority must be documented, the application must contain your identity and address information, and the documents that will prove your identity must be attached to the application.
In this context, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If the application of the person concerned is to be answered in writing, up to ten pages will not be charged. A transaction fee of 1 TL may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, DEKA Elektronik A.Ş. The fee may not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
